With a passion for boardsports including Wakeboarding, Surfing & Stand Up Paddleboarding, Claudia has fifteen years experience teaching and managing watersports services. Claudia has experience of working in America as a waterfront director, wakeboard & waterski coach, Jetski & boat driver and working in the UK as a Wakeboard Instructor, Wakeboard Cable Driver and Stand Up Paddleboard Instructor.

Claudia pursued her passions to set up Island Feather - a lifestyle brand, offering events, workshops and outdoor sport lessons to promote health and wellbeing for the community. Through Island Feather, Claudia has also developed multi-purpose sports clothing and the Island Feather iSUP to support the Island Feather community with their sports.

Alongside her passions and experience of watersports, Claudia has over 17 years of working in both the voluntary, charity and commercial sector. With a career history working for organisations such as Action for Children, Hampshire County Council, Hampshire Constabulary and Hampshire Fire & Rescue Claudia has expertise in strategic management & leadership of services, business development and business strategy for implementation, growth & sustainability. With a strong business acumen, a sound understanding and expertise of risk management, Claudia is committed to ensuring that The Watersports Hub has a robust infrastructure in place to offer safe, accessible services as well as a business model for a sustainable future.
