As a Kitesurfer having spent over 15 years travelling the world as an instructor, coach and professional athlete, Sam Light is a dominant figure in competitive kitesurfing. Sam obtained both the British and Kite Park League (KPL) Champion titles. Sam is a qualified kitesurf instructor and coach at the World Class Kiteboard Academy as well as international team manager for one of the industry’s leading brands. He is recognised for his expertise in coaching and marketing in the Watersports Industry.

As an expert in the Watersports Industry Sam also has expertise in Sales & Marketing Strategy through both his own ecommerce business and producing marketing campaigns for world recognised water sports brands such as Slingshot & O'neill.

With a perfect blend of credibility for his experience as a professional athlete, an instructor, team manager and coach alongside the wealth of knowledge of the both the Kite Surf and Watersports Industry, as founding director, Sam also has the integrity and values to play a pivotal role in the success of The Watersports Hub.
